This is a fun little picture of a home in Clearwater, Florida that had some flooding in the kitchen area. The machines being used include a dehumidifier and air movers. These will ensure a dry environment when we are finished. If you have flooding or moisture in your Clearwater home, please call us. We are licensed, bonded, & insured!
Its a busy day here at I Find Leaks. Here is a quick shot of our air movers moving air on a water damage home dry out project. These air movers are strategically placed within a structure for optimum performance. They blow dry air across wet building materials to evaporate water so our dehumidifiers can pick it up. Water damage and restoration is a complex project that should be handed by licensed professionals only. The last thing you want to develop is mold because the structure wasn’t dried out properly.

This is our digital moisture meter. It tells us electronically if there is hidden moisture behind cabinets, walls, ceilings, etc. Just because an area seems moisture free doesn’t always mean it is, Our little handy meter will tell the truth when it comes to moisture detection in your Tampa Bay home. Call us today if you suspect moisture in any area of your home.
So here’s something to think about… Water and moisture develops under your cabinets in your kitchen. The moisture gets so bad that everything becomes damp and can be felt on the outside of the cabinets. How can we possibly get the moisture out from underneath the toe-kick of a cabinet system? Easy.. We have a secret weapon called the Injectidry. This Injectidry is the industry’s first trapped moisture ventilating system. It dries water damaged walls and ceilings by injecting air between stud cavities (or removing moist air with negative pressure). Those hoses you see attach under the cabinet system and pull all of the moisture through leaving a cool dry place.
